What is a PSD?

A Psychiatric Service Dog is a dog trained specifically to assist persons with various debilitating psychiatric conditions.

Our PSDs are trained to perform tasks that mitigate the effects of symptoms like, panic disorder, manic episodes, depression, social anxiety and more. This means each dog must be taught not only to know how to act in public places but also to work with tasks specific to each handler based on their particular symptoms.
