“What a Difference a Friend Makes” Pet Day

May 15, 2010 @ 12:00 am

Sponsored by the Coalition for Children’s Mental Health, “What a Difference a Friend Makes” Pet Day is an annual fundraising event held in Hudson focused on raising awareness about children’s mental health issues. The event promotes the fact all friends–pets or people–can enrich the lives of each and every person and, especially, the well-being of children who are dealing with a mental illness.
Pet Day is a fun, family activity that is associated with a unique, positive message about mental health.
